QotD: Work It On Out

Comments

I used to do martial art a lot when I was younger & I wish I could still do it but I’ve knackered way to many bits to be able to walk after a session so I’m stuck with swimming! Which I find so boring, I wonder if he dose a low impact version , or maybe I should go find a Ti- Chi class.

Thanks for leavening a nice comment on my post, just thought I’d drop by & return the favour.

i thought of doing some judo before, but i was really afraid to be knocked down on the floor, for someone so small like me, haha. so i got stuck with taebo for sometime.

Sounds like a good plan! I just get to the gym once in a great while... ^^
can't do much exercise nowadays, but pure walk. my schedule's really unpredictable... or let's just say i'm just lazier now. lol. =P
lol! I hear that. When I was in the army, we just to jog two miles every morning! ^^
wow... i think i can walk a mile or two, but i don't think i can jog the whole mile or two without stopping for a while. i'm more of a brisk walker. =P
It's not now far you walk, but how far you go... :) Would be nice to walk with you. Reminds me of a song...

Are you on Facebook? It's a lot of fun!
